"앱"이란 본 모바일 애플리케이션을 의미합니다. "이용자"란 앱을 설치하고 이용하는 자를 말하며, "회원"은 이메일 또는 SNS 계정 연동을 통해 가입한 자를 말합니다.

제3조 — 약관의 효력 및 변경

본 약관은 앱 내 설정 또는 공지를 통해 게시함으로써 효력을 가지며, 운영자는 사전 고지 후 개정할 수 있습니다.

제4조 — 서비스 내용

• 위치 기반 알림, 콘텐츠 열람, 기록 저장 기능 제공
• 일부 기능은 위치 정보 또는 알림 설정 권한이 필요합니다
• 시스템 점검이나 운영 사정으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다

제5조 — 회원가입 및 계정

회원가입은 이메일 또는 SNS 계정(Google, Apple 등)으로 가능하며, 이용자는 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의해야 합니다.

제6조 — 이용자의 의무

이용자는 허위 정보 입력, 불법 및 부적절한 게시물 게시를 금지합니다.

제7조 — 콘텐츠 및 권리

앱 내 모든 콘텐츠 저작권은 운영자 또는 제공자에게 있으며, 이용자의 무단 복제 및 배포는 금지됩니다.

제8조 — 서비스 해지 및 탈퇴

이용자는 앱 내 설정을 통해 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 관련 정보는 즉시 삭제됩니다.

제9조 — 책임의 한계

운영자는 이용자 행위로 인한 손해와 데이터 손실에 대해 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the operator regarding the use of "Scattered Seeds" (the "App").

Article 2 — Definitions

"App" refers to this mobile application. "User" refers to anyone who installs and uses the App. "Member" refers to a User who has registered via email or linked SNS account.

Article 3 — Effect and Modification

These Terms take effect upon posting within the App or through notices. The operator may revise the Terms after prior notification.

Article 4 — Services

• Location-based notifications, content viewing, and record-saving features
• Some features require location or notification permissions
• Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or operational reasons

Article 5 — Registration and Accounts

Registration is available via email or SNS accounts (Google, Apple, etc.). Users must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 — User Obligations

Users must not enter false information or post illegal or inappropriate content.

Article 7 — Content and Rights

All content within the App is copyrighted by the operator or its providers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Article 8 — Termination and Withdrawal

Users may withdraw through the App settings. Upon withdrawal, all related information is immediately deleted.

Article 9 — Limitation of Liability

The operator is not liable for damages or data loss caused by user actions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
